About IHCD
Our goals

With the same objectives as our guiding light the institution mission as adopted by its board of trustees, states that the organization is committed to excellence in sustaining and enhancing human potential and emotional wellbeing through program designed to maintain families and individuals.

Promoting health reduce the rate of unprotected sex by females and males establish abstinence before marriage practice of monogamy for couple, civic duty, self and mutual respect, community involvement, peer support, peace and harmony, wellness and economic empowerment. The need of a community multi service center with the capacity to house the different recreational activities and serve as an education training facility. Such site would not only serve as a vocational training center to prepare individuals for employment but also would be using as a conference center for national and foreign events in relationship with other organizations. We are also envisioned to develop a manual to outline all aspect of our program model, sharing the lessons learn, facilitating the replication of our model and our method to serve and training organizations. As we continue to evaluate and improve our own program model, we could serve as consultant by providing program assessment, business plan analysis, strategy to maintenance and operate for private and public organizations. The agency continues its on going commitment to the needs of disadvantage people, in short, IHCD primary goals is to help family, youths and adults to remain and becoming healthier, self sufficient and productive and contributing members to their communities.

Evaluation

IHCD has made a strong commitment to quality services, ensuring that its programs are of top quality and effective. The institution follows a rigorous and on going informal evaluation process, collecting and compiling lessons learned from the project, data, pictures, videos on participants and program outcome, soliciting participants feed back and incorporating these findings into its program planning. When ever possible, IHCD incorporated informal evaluation strategies into its special education program. The effectiveness of these programs is a poverty alleviation strategy.
